By downloading, installing, or using Bhakti Lock, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Use of Service

Bhakti Lock is a spiritual productivity application designed to support daily Hindu devotional practice. You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose. You must not:

Attempt to bypass or circumvent app lock mechanisms
Use the app for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the app
Share your account credentials with others

3. Accessibility Permission

The app requires Android Accessibility Service permission to detect when locked apps are opened. This permission is used solely for app locking functionality.

You can revoke this permission at any time in Android Settings → Accessibility. Revoking it will disable the app lock feature.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in Bhakti Lock is owned by Shrikant Phutane. Sacred texts (mantras, shlokas) are in the public domain. You may not reproduce or distribute app content without permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Bhakti Lock is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the app will be error-free on all Android devices or versions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bhakti Lock and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
